The cakes we can't wait to see
We've had a preview of early entries and they've already made us very hungry. The gallery below is updated live as our editors approve submissions — check back as new cakes arrive throughout June.
A panel of three judges — our editor Emma Brookes, pastry chef Raj Patel, and last year's winner Cath Williams — will select the final prize winners from all approved entries on 5 July.
